Claiming Land
Claiming land allows you to control the permissions in your land, allowing you to grant certain players rights to do certain things or you can lock it down completely. Once your land is claimed, nobody can use or destroy anything in the claim without your permission (that includes mobs).

A claimed area is from the sky to bedrock.

Note: To make a claim, you will need to hold a wooden shovel.

/Claim Claim the area around you. With your wooden shovel equipped, right click the corner and then go to the other corner where you want your claim to end and right click. The claimed area is marked by golden blocks (they will go back to their original blocks after a short time, so will not affect the look of your claim!)
/ExtendClaim 30 Extends claim by 30 in the direction you are looking. You must be stood in your claim to extend it. Change to a different number to change the amount
/AbandonClaim Deletes the claim you are standing in
/AbandonAllClaims Deletes all the claims you have
/ClaimsList Lists a players claims and claim block details
/ClaimExplosions Toggle if explosions are allowed in your claim. Default is explosions are not allowed. This includes creeper explosions

Claims and Subdivisions

You can switch between subdivision and basic claims mode. Subdivisions allow you to have areas within your claim that have different permissions to the parent claim – for example, you could have a chest that certain people can access in the middle, but they aren’t allowed to touch the rest of your house

/SubdivideClaims Switches your shovel to subdivision mode (by default it in is basic mode)
/restrictsubclaim Stops the subclaim inheriting the parent’s permissions
/BasicClaims Puts your shovel back into basic claims mode

Money & Trading
Our in-game currency is Simoleans. They can only be earnt in-game and cannot be bought with real life money.
Trading between players allows you to sell or buy goods for Simoleons. There is an internal server shop to obtain Simoleons. Trading is done with both players consent to the deal.

/shop Access the server shop where you can exchange the current item for Simoleons
/bal View your current balance of Simoleons
/pay Diam0ndDust 10 Pays the player Diam0ndDust 10 Simoleons. Unlimited range.
/trade Diam0ndDust Requests to start a trade with the player Diam0ndDust. Diam0ndDust must either use the command /trade accept to start the trade or /trade deny to reject the trade.
Your inventory is then displayed on the bottom of the screen, and the trade screen at the top. Move items into the top left for your offerings and see the other player’s offerings on the right. You can click the left yellow gem to add Simoleons to the deal - the right gem is the Simoleans offered by the other player. Once you are happy with the deal, click the cube to turn it green and accept the deal. (You need to be in range)
Note: Adding Simoleons to the trade. Click the gem in the top of the trade screen and a new screen will open for you to add gems. Remove the text that says “Enter Amount Here” and replace it with the number of Simoleons. Click the result button to add them to the deal.
